Looking for the perfect holiday roast to make this year?👌🔥Try this fabulous pork tenderloin roast with a creamy mustard charcuterie sauce!!

This is one of the most memorable recipes that I learned during my time in culinary school. It’s simple to make, can be fully made in under an hour, and is very affordable!! Two long pork tenderloins cost me only $20 and can feed around 6-8 people….talk about a great deal.

Pork tenderloins are often overlooked by many, but when cooked properly they can stand up to even some of the most expensive roasts. It all comes down to cooking it properly!
